Discord does not actively recruit new players.

That said, every guild needs to bring in new blood, and we have a process for it.

So how can you get into Discord?

The most important quality for a prospective member of Discord is that you will fit in with the rest of the guild. This means that attitude and behavior are very important, things impossible for us to judge unless we know you. So clearly, that should be your first priority... if you want to join Discord, make friends with some of its members. Run some heroics with them, PUG some raids, buy them coffee at your local Peet's.

Secondly, you should probably create an account on the guild forums, and start participating. If you read the posts there, you'll see that there's actual information on what you need to do to become a member. That should be your second priority.

Two final notes: first, if you are a close real-life friend of a Discord member, have that person talk to one of the officers about you; the chances are good that we'll just invite you on the spot. Secondly, if *you* are a Discord member and you want to bring an alt into the guild, just talk to any of the officers-- anyone online with a guild rank of Blood Guard, Stone Guard, or Officer Alt.
